Site Reliability Engineer

PNC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of retail banking applications. This role involves developing monitoring solutions, operational dashboards, and data-driven insights to improve application observability and efficiency. You will collaborate with engineering teams to build and maintain tools that drive service reliability.

• Design and build operational dashboards using Grafana
• Support continuous improvement for retail banking applications
• Analyze application and operational data for trends and issues
• Develop observability solutions for application health
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams
• Partner with SRE and Engineering teams on monitoring strategies
