Alkami is seeking an Application Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues on their digital sales and service platform. This temporary role involves analyzing logs, running SQL queries, managing ticket escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on improving processes and documenting solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues on Alkami's platform
• Analyze logs and run SQL queries to diagnose problems
• Manage ticket severity, urgency, and SLAs
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues
• Enhance knowledge base with documentation and troubleshooting procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours incidents
