About this role
UCF IT is seeking an AI Platform Engineer II to support the university's AI platform operations. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining core AI services, including AI Gateway, API Management, and model-serving environments. This role ensures reliable AI service delivery and operational readiness for various AI workloads while adhering to university governance and security standards.
What we are looking for
6- Operate, monitor, and support AI platform services like AI Gateway and API Management
- Assist with operating local GPU nodes and compute environments for AI workloads
- Maintain the lifecycle of approved local AI models
- Support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and container deployments
