What we are looking for

Own deployment and operation of critical collaboration services
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation
Lead incident response and perform root cause analysis
Use observability data for capacity planning and resource optimization
Champion operational best practices and a culture of reliability
Requires 5+ years of SRE experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux
