Support and maintain Windows VDI, Citrix, and Linux HPC platforms
Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for engineering users
Deploy, configure, and maintain engineering and simulation applications
Design and develop automated functional application testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Drive automation initiatives to improve system reliability and user productivity
Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement
