Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Simplesense is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer in Denver, CO to manage and optimize hybrid edge-to-cloud infrastructure. You will ensure the resilience, security, and scalability of our platform, focusing on Kubernetes clusters, AWS services, and data pipelines. This role involves enhancing automation, deploying new customer facilities, and monitoring system performance.

• Manage and scale hybrid Kubernetes (RKE2) edge clusters
• Remediate container security vulnerabilities and maintain compliance
• Define and monitor pipeline Service Level Objectives in Splunk
• Integrate and automate testing, security scanning, and deployment stages
• Architect and deploy AWS CloudFormation stacks for data infrastructure
• Lead technical configuration and validation of on-premise infrastructure

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
