Principal Site Reliability Engineer

Fidelity is seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain highly available and resilient systems using automation and infrastructure-as-code. You will focus on enhancing reliability through chaos engineering, observability, and operational automation, providing technical leadership and mentoring to ensure the stability of critical platforms.

• Design and automate container and cloud-based platform products
• Implement SRE principles: observability, automation, resiliency
• Develop and enhance chaos engineering framework
• Provide technical leadership on chaos testing
• Mentor team members on SRE competencies
• Advise senior management on technical strategy
