Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to enhance the reliability and operational excellence of their Workplace Technology portfolio. This role involves leading SRE practices, driving automation, and ensuring service resiliency for a global workforce, partnering with various engineering and security teams.

• Lead reliability and operational support for global Workplace Technology platforms
• Drive adoption of SRE practices including SLOs and SLIs
• Lead incident response and recovery efforts
• Champion automation and self-healing capabilities
• Build and enhance observability using monitoring and telemetry
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to global teams
