Platform Engineer II

RTX is seeking a Platform Engineer to integrate software developed in C++, C, and Java on hardware operating RedHat and Windows within a Layer3 network. You will provide practical solutions to technical software problems, support multiple programs and platforms, and implement OS level configurations. This role requires understanding agile development, automation, and continuous integration.

• Support and improve DevSecOps pipeline via test automation
• Handle emergency pipeline disruptions
• Collaborate with engineers of all levels
• Debug and correct stability issues in software baselines
• Configure and install Operating Systems (RHEL) and network devices
• Perform integration and testing of real-time embedded and application software on Linux
