Operations Engineer

This role focuses on supporting and managing production systems and services for Accenture, ensuring the operational requirements and service level agreements are met. The engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, support, and maintenance of enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, ensuring availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

• Manage production systems and services operations
• Support and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency of cloud services
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes
• Utilize Python, SQL, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience required
