About this role

Haleon is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to enhance their enterprise DevSecOps ecosystem. You will be responsible for the governance, engineering, and continuous improvement of developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, security tooling, and cloud-native infrastructure, working closely with Cloud, Security, Platform Engineering, and Product teams in a highly regulated global environment.

What we are looking for

Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, and Datadog SAST
Define and enforce organization-wide governance for repositories, permissions, and pipelines
Implement and manage GitHub Advanced Security features like CodeQL and secret scanning
Govern security across CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
Implement IaC best practices using Terraform Cloud/Native Terraform
Build actionable dashboards and alerts for observability and compliance
