Systems Engineer

Leidos is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support complex mission systems, translating user needs into technical solutions. You will guide system design, integration, and verification across hardware, software, and operational aspects, collaborating with government stakeholders and development teams. This role is crucial for aligning mission requirements with evolving technical solutions throughout the system lifecycle.

• Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and architectures to develop system specifications
• Guide users in formulating requirements and assessing technical feasibility
• Develop system design solutions that satisfy system requirements
• Participate in interface definition and configuration changes
• Define methods for verifying systems against requirements
• Interact with Government stakeholders on technical considerations
