About this role

CACI is seeking a Senior HCM Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer to build and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation for a federal HCM modernization program. This role involves working within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in a FedRAMP environment, automating provisioning, and ensuring secure, reliable, high-performance environments.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, and Python
Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments
Implement infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform
Orchestrate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates and manage environment refresh cycles
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities
Monitor performance and configure automated remediation workflows
