Senior Program Systems Integration Engineer

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Systems Integration Engineer to join their National Security Solutions team in El Segundo, CA. This role involves defining next-generation space communication systems for the U.S. Space Force, requiring on-site work in a secure facility. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate complex space and ground communication systems, manage technical baselines, and resolve risks and requirements gaps.

• Develop and implement integration strategies for satellite communication systems
• Perform analysis of systems requirements and technical baselines
• Apply Digital Engineering methods and modeling strategies
• Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to close requirement gaps
• Lead and support Working Group meetings to address risks and issues
• Assess technical issues and prepare briefings for stakeholders
