Manager, Platform Engineering

Lead a team responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, and resilient platform infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical leadership across Mastercard’s Big Data Engineering team with people management, driving adoption of modern engineering practices like infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead platform and cloud engineering, including Kubernetes and IaC
• Drive DevOps and automation for efficient software delivery
• Guide teams in building and operating distributed systems and microservices
• Provide technical direction and ensure engineering solutions meet standards
• Build and develop a high-performing, inclusive engineering team
• Strong expertise in Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Cloudera)
