Staff Systems Engineer (Architect)

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer (Architect) to lead the technical integration of acquired companies. You will design and implement scalable, secure M&A integration frameworks, from due diligence to post-close stabilization. This role requires deep expertise in identity, SaaS platforms, and enterprise IT systems, with a focus on automation and building repeatable processes.

• Own end-to-end technical integration for all CoreWeave acquisitions
• Design and execute scalable, secure M&A integration frameworks
• Develop M&A playbooks, runbooks, and tooling
• Serve as SME for enterprise collaboration platforms and identity systems
• Drive consolidation to CoreWeave-standard platforms
• 7-10+ years of enterprise IT engineering experience

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
