About this role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our customer-facing applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. You will operate, maintain, and continuously improve our cloud platform, working closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance monitoring, automate processes, and support CI/CD pipelines.

What we are looking for

Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of Azure-hosted applications
Apply SRE principles to incident management, observability, and root cause analysis
Support and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Automate operational processes and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Develop scripts using Python or Bash for operational workflows
Troubleshoot production issues and improve monitoring and observability
