About this role

NXP is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build, secure, and automate their enterprise Data Platform on cloud and Databricks. This role focuses on the underlying infrastructure, ingestion, CI/CD, orchestration, and observability to support Data Engineers and Analytics teams.

What we are looking for

Deploy and maintain Databricks workspaces and cloud infrastructure using IaC
Manage platform upgrades, patching, and environment refresh
Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for data and platform projects
Configure monitoring, alerting, and logging for platform stability
Automate recurring operational tasks and streamline deployment lifecycle
6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps
