As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure the availability and reliability of cloud environments powering mission-critical AI. You will own platform availability, build robust observability, and automate routine operations to allow engineers to focus on innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in agentic operations and support cutting-edge AI at a DoD Impact Level 5.
What we are looking for 6
- AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes (EKS), and GitOps experience
- Build and maintain observability with Grafana, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry
- Automate patching, certificates, and releases
- Own availability for EKS, RDS, images, and virtual desktops
- Support agentic AI platforms and autonomous workflow orchestration
- Experience with on-call operations and incident management
