About this role

Stryker is seeking a Staff Cloud DevSecOps Engineer to ensure our multi-cloud platform is fast, reliable, and secure. You will own the monitoring stack, automate incident response, and optimize performance and costs across AWS/GCP workloads. This role acts as a key liaison between engineering, product, and compliance teams, ensuring adherence to SOC 2 controls and surfacing critical insights.

Design and maintain secure cloud foundations and shared platform services
Implement and maintain cloud security guardrails and policy-as-code
Design, deploy, and maintain observability stacks
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
Automate incident response with runbooks and auto-remediation scripts
Ensure logging, alerting, and backup configurations meet SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls
