Systems Engineer - Level 5

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Chandler, AZ to design and develop system architectures and define performance requirements for advanced missile programs. This role involves leading complex systems engineering efforts, managing trade studies, developing Interface Control Documents, and providing technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.

• Lead system-level trade studies for advanced missile systems
• Develop and maintain system-level Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods and tools
• Serve as technical lead for multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Act as Control Account Manager (CAM) for assigned work scope
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) principles

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
