Senior/ Staff Platform Engineer

Fora is seeking a Senior/Staff Platform Engineer to lead and scale foundational systems, focusing on reliability, scalability, and developer experience. You will own CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, observability, and core platform security, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure systems are fast, secure, and scalable.

• Own reliability, scalability, and developer experience of infrastructure
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and observability systems
• Partner with Engineering and stakeholders to ensure system performance
• Optimize database performance and reliability (PostgreSQL)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, safe deployments
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform
