About this role

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Accenture operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of support issues. Monitor service delivery health, identify and explain performance challenges, and maintain cloud orchestration and automation systems to meet SLAs. Conduct performance meetings to review consumption data and trends, fostering transparency and continuous improvement.
