Platform Engineer

Join Ecolab's ServiceNow Platform Operations team as a Platform Engineer. You will be responsible for the day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with stakeholders to implement and enhance solutions across various modules. This role offers the opportunity to innovate and impact user experience globally within a continuously evolving technological landscape.

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including mid-servers and integrations
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and support ServiceNow needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, bugs, and defects within the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and implement ServiceNow out-of-the-box applications (APO, ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, etc.)
• Develop and maintain technical and process documentation
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
