Senior Systems Engineer

Join our Linear Accelerator Systems group as a Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on the radiation-producing subsystem of Radiation Oncology products. You will lead system requirements, integration, verification, and technical problem-solving across multidisciplinary engineering teams. This role requires strong systems thinking, excellent communication, and project management skills to drive complex issues to resolution.

• Define, maintain, and manage subsystem requirements, specifications, and verification strategies
• Lead system integration activities and drive resolution of complex technical issues
• Coordinate cross-functional technical efforts throughout the product lifecycle
• Develop and execute system-level test plans and analyze results
• Support product risk management activities and failure investigations
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost
