Systems Engineer (Associate, Mid-Level, Senior)

Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Systems Engineer in Oklahoma City, OK, to work across the entire program lifecycle of aircraft development, design, test, production, and sustainment. This role involves identifying and analyzing aircraft hazards, risks, and safety concerns, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate safety requirements, and performing tests and analyses to verify system safety. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

• Conduct system research and analysis to identify aircraft hazards, risks, and safety concerns
• Quantify impact of safety concerns and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, validate, and integrate safety and airworthiness requirements
• Perform tests, analyses, and inspections to verify system safety requirements
• Create and maintain aerospace safety and mission assurance tools and processes
• Document safety analysis, hazard mitigation, and verification activities
