About this role

Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the adoption and standardization of software delivery practices across a global financial messaging services provider. You will act as a trusted advisor, accelerating DevOps transformation, promoting best practices, and embedding security and compliance into software delivery processes.

Drive adoption of Release Orchestration, Orchestrated Patching, and DevOps Engineering Services
Coach teams on DevOps, DevSecOps, and software delivery best practices
Promote Compliance-as-Code and Policy-as-Code principles
Embed security, compliance, and resilience controls into delivery pipelines
Define and promote reusable pipeline blueprints, architectural patterns, and best practices
Mentor engineers and support knowledge sharing across the organization
