Site Reliability Engineer

Join Chevron's Global Business Services in Buenos Aires as a Site Reliability Engineer focused on Automation & Observability. You will enhance the reliability and scalability of critical OT/PCN systems by implementing SRE practices, building robust observability capabilities, and driving automation across the platform. This role is key to reducing operational toil and enabling proactive, engineering-driven operations.

• Design and implement SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)
• Build and standardize observability across metrics, logs, and traces
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Integrate monitoring with ServiceNow ITSM workflows
• Develop reusable automation components for scaling use cases
