About this role

As a Site Reliability Engineer I on the Platform team, you will build and operate the foundational infrastructure for Guidewire's SaaS platform. You will focus on automation, reliability, and scalability to ensure our multi-tenant cloud platform meets demanding requirements. This role involves close collaboration with development teams to enhance system resilience and drive efficient, global operations.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and operate highly reliable, scalable infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
Automate deployment, provisioning, and operational workflows across cloud infrastructure and applications
Develop internal tools, services, and frameworks to improve efficiency
Build and maintain observability systems (metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards)
Participate in a 24x7 follow-the-sun on-call rotation
Strong programming skills in Python or Go with deep experience in AWS and Kubernetes
