Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Lead Site Reliability Engineering efforts at Equifax, ensuring the uptime and performance of large-scale, distributed systems across cloud and hybrid environments. You will engineer solutions to operational challenges, build robust infrastructure as code, and develop CI/CD pipelines to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

• Manage system uptime across cloud-native (AWS, GCP) and hybrid architectures
• Build infrastructure as code (IAC) using Terraform, cloud CLIs, and SDKs
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and cloud-native toolchains
• Create automated tooling and comprehensive runbooks for service management
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and lead incident response
• Lead blameless postmortems and drive remediation actions
