About this role
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to build and operate reliable, scalable, and secure technology platforms in a large-scale, multi-cloud production environment. This role focuses on the intersection of SRE and AI-driven automation, pioneering intelligent infrastructure operations by managing Kubernetes and API Gateway, and leading the adoption of AIOps and LLMs to transform system monitoring and operations.
What we are looking for
6- Own and operate large-scale, global production environments with an AI focus
- Pioneer AI-driven automation using LLMs for runbooks and incident diagnostics
- Design self-healing infrastructure with AI for automated remediation
- Lead architecture, deployment, and operations of Kong API Gateway
- Design, deploy, and manage production-grade GKE clusters
- Implement predictive scalability using AI modeling for resource forecasting
