IT Infrastructure Engineer – RMA & Hardware Diagnostics

Nebius is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage advanced hardware troubleshooting and RMA processes in their production data centers. This role involves deep diagnostics of enterprise server platforms, root cause analysis, and end-to-end warranty management with vendors. You will be an escalation point for complex hardware issues impacting system reliability.

• Perform advanced firmware and hardware diagnostics on enterprise server platforms
• Troubleshoot complex hardware failures using system logs and vendor tooling
• Act as the primary escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians on hardware incidents
• Own the full RMA lifecycle, including validation and vendor coordination
• Analyze hardware failure trends and report on component reliability
• Develop and standardize diagnostic playbooks and troubleshooting workflows
