Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will design and build solutions to enhance platform resilience and user satisfaction. You will engineer reliability into systems by defining SLIs/SLOs, implementing monitoring, and automating operational tasks, rather than just operating systems. This role involves collaborating with product and platform teams to ensure reliability is a core software quality.

• Engineer reliability into a large-scale Azure SaaS platform
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
• Define and improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Build automation to reduce operational risk and manual toil
• Analyze incidents and drive structural improvements
• Perform deep debugging and optimization of production issues
