IT Infrastructure Engineer – RMA & Hardware Diagnostics

Nebius is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage hardware troubleshooting and RMA processes in their production data centers. This role involves advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and vendor management to ensure system reliability and fleet availability.

• Perform advanced firmware and hardware diagnostics on enterprise server platforms
• Troubleshoot complex hardware failures using system logs and vendor tooling
• Act as the primary escalation point for hardware incidents
• Own the full RMA lifecycle, including vendor coordination
• Analyze hardware failure trends and report metrics
• Develop and standardize diagnostic playbooks and workflows
