Systems Engineer

Salesforce is seeking a Systems Engineer to administer and manage critical Finance systems, focusing on Zuora Revenue. You will be the primary process expert, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve technical issues, identify enhancements, and support end-to-end business processes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Own production support and escalation for Zuora Revenue (RMS/RevPro)
• Troubleshoot quote-to-revenue flow across systems
• Resolve transaction and interface issues
• Support daily operations, month/quarter close, and reconciliations
• Lead patch validation, testing, and deployment activities
• Reduce repeat issues through monitoring and automation
