Cloud Operations Engineer

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will administer and engineer server solutions and applications to support Columbia Bank's initiatives. You will provide high-level customer service to bank associates and assist other technical teams with complex issues. This role involves planning, implementing, and maintaining systems, servers, and applications, with a focus on ensuring system health and performance.

• Administer and engineer server solutions and applications
• Plan, implement, and maintain systems, servers, and applications
• Provide high-level customer service and technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Share on-call duties for emergency outages
• Advanced knowledge of server operating systems and cloud infrastructure
