What we are looking for

Provide 24x7 production support for AWS and Genesys Cloud Contact Center
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents for Genesys Cloud components and AWS services
Configure Genesys Architect call flows and AWS Connect contact flows
Perform root-cause analysis for voice, IVR, routing, and integration issues
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams
Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven operations
