Systems Engineer

GE Vernova is seeking a Systems Platform Engineer to design and develop server platform products for the renewable energy sector. You will critically evaluate, select, and validate hardware and software components, influence new architectures, and collaborate with global teams to solve complex technical challenges.

• Evaluate, select, and validate server infrastructure hardware and software
• Design and develop server platform products for renewable energy
• Provide technical leadership in VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft, and Linux servers
• Write PowerShell code and work with Linux bash
• Diagnose bugs and formulate solutions with team members
• Apply principles of Lean/Agile, Product Security, and Scalability
