Staff Systems Engineer

As a Staff Systems Engineer, you will be a technical lead responsible for developing and verifying system requirements for complex projects. You will work closely with customers and diverse teams to translate needs into technical solutions, manage the requirements baseline, and guide the development of innovative products. This role requires a strong systems engineering background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise management and customers on advanced technical concepts.

• Lead systems engineering activities including requirements development, test case creation, and verification/validation
• Manage technical baseline using IBM Rational DOORS
• Serve as technical lead and customer liaison
• Develop and mature technological ideas into robust solutions
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders and advise management
• Requires a Secret clearance

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
