HL7 / Sr Systems Integration Engineer

Medtronic is seeking an HL7 Integration Engineer to join their HealthCast Services team. This role involves integrating their solutions with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for clients, optimizing clinical workflows through HL7 data and system integration. You will manage interface work, ensure end-to-end data delivery from bedside monitors to EHRs, and integrate ADT and Alarms Out feeds to mobile devices.

• Integrate solutions with EHR systems using HL7 standards
• Lead HL7 interface mapping for flowsheets, ADT, and alarm feeds
• Engage and lead technical workstream conversations with customers
• Facilitate technical demonstrations and overcome integration roadblocks
• Assist with test plans and go-live execution strategies
• Provide Level 2 technical support for deployed systems
