• Drive day-to-day operations for the Life Sciences SRE team
• Partner with SREs to deliver reliability and toil-reduction initiatives
• Modernize processes, tooling, and development strategy
• Resolve complex systems and application issues
• Explore and champion AI-assisted development and operational tooling
• Mentor and prepare junior SREs for on-call readiness
