About this role

Lead the reliability and performance of RBC's ATM infrastructure in this hybrid role. You will be the primary escalation point for critical outages, drive strategic improvements, and oversee the end-to-end reliability of the ATM ecosystem, ensuring high availability and compliance.

What we are looking for

Act as final escalation point for critical outages and lead 24/7 incident response
Lead strategic direction and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders for upgrades and change management
Oversee end-to-end reliability of the ATM ecosystem ensuring 99.7% availability
Generate performance metrics (SLOs/SLAs/SLIs) and maintain regulatory compliance
Serve as primary relationship owner for vendor field services and internal technology teams
