Youth Outreach Case Manager

The Salvation Army seeks two part-time Youth Outreach Case Managers in Bundaberg, Australia, to support young people and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This role involves providing practical support, advocacy, and connection to help them build stable futures, reconnect with education and employment, and achieve greater independence.

• Provide intensive, trauma-informed outreach support to young people and families
• Assist clients in securing stable housing and achieving independence
• Facilitate reconnection with education, employment, health services, and community
• Build trusted relationships and advocate for young people
• Work independently in community and outreach settings
