Infrastructure Support Engineer

As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will provide dedicated support for server and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will collaborate with various teams to manage configurations, resolve issues, and implement upgrades while maintaining comprehensive documentation and adhering to strict security standards.

• Manage server and network infrastructure configuration (LAMP stack)
• Resolve trouble reports and system outages
• Support OS installation, patching, and compliance reporting
• Provide database administration (DBA) support
• Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards and regulations
• Maintain up-to-date production support documentation

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
