- Ship first production use case and build reusable platform capabilities
- Establish engineering standards for API design, backward compatibility, and operational readiness
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to set technical direction
- Own production systems through SLOs, observability, and incident response
- 10+ years building and operating distributed systems, with 5+ years in technical leadership
