As a Systems Engineer at Helen of Troy, you will be instrumental in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our server, storage, and cloud infrastructure. You will manage key backend systems, monitor performance, and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations across our diverse portfolio of trusted brands.

Monitor and manage server, storage, and cloud environments
Maintain Windows-based servers in VMware/vCenter/Hyper-V
Manage enterprise storage arrays and Azure Active Directory
Support O365 hybrid environments and SaaS solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
Collaborate with network teams and manage vendor relationships
