Systems Engineer

Lead the development of next-generation thermal-imaging products as a Principal Systems Engineer. You will define system requirements, conduct trade studies, manage technical risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership and a proven ability to guide product development from concept through manufacturing.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams developing thermal-imaging products
• Define and manage system requirements
• Conduct market research and system-level trade studies
• Manage technical risks and integrate/test product designs
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and production stakeholders
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams
