About this role
RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Systems Engineer I to join their Systems Excellence Department. You will contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle, ensuring customer needs are met through collaborative work in an integrated product team. This role offers hands-on experience in requirements management, system architecture, and verification of avionics CNS products.
What we are looking for

- Support design, integration, verification, and validation of avionics CNS products
- Work in full product development life-cycle activities
- Gain hands-on experience in requirements management, systems architecture, and test planning
- Assist in documentation of engineering work
- Experience with scripting languages like Python is preferred
