About this role

State Street is seeking a Web Infrastructure Operations Engineer to provide L3 technical expertise and leadership for their Middleware Web Application Infrastructure Team. This role involves supporting web and application server software suites, designing solutions, working with new technologies, and improving the current web application stack.

What we are looking for

Provide Level 3 technical support for Middleware Web Application Services
Lead ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity management
Serve as a client liaison and escalation point
Focus on automation and service standardization with engineering teams
Manage vulnerability remediation, patching, upgrades, and hardware lifecycle
Hands-on experience with web servers, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Python, and Terraform
