Lead Cloud Infrastructure Architect / Engineer (Azure, DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform)

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate Azure-based platforms powering their global payment systems. This senior individual contributor role involves driving technical direction, architecting critical infrastructure components, and mentoring other engineers to ensure scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions.

• Provide technical leadership for complex cloud infrastructure initiatives
• Own architecture, design, and implementation of critical Azure infrastructure
• Define and evolve standards for secure, scalable cloud solutions
• Enable self-service provisioning and developer platforms
• Anticipate and mitigate systemic risks in reliability, security, and cost
• Guide and mentor other engineers
